Visitor Information Services


Visitor Services Volunteers assist to ensure a positive visitor experience. These volunteers are often the first person that our visitors come in contact with at the Museum. Because of this, the volunteer must be able to make a good first impression, get the visitor oriented to our facility, and make them feel welcome.

Visitor Services Volunteers should:

  • be friendly and outgoing
  • enjoy interacting with people
  • thrive in a team environment

Visitor Services Volunteers can be utilized anywhere from 2-6 hours per week .

Position:

Museum Entrance Greeter/Front Desk Volunteer:

Positioned at the front doors entering the Museum to greet our guests, and/or answer questions about the Museum. Outgoing, friendly people person needed here.
