Public Relations Volunteers assist with many of the functions required to keep the Museum running smoothly. These volunteers work closely with Museum staff in preparing and organizing materials to present to the public.
General Volunteers should:

  • be familiar with office equipment
  • have basic computer skills
  • thrive in a team environment

The volunteer can be utilized anywhere from 2-6 hours per week.


Position:

Public Relations Volunteer:
Assist in public relations area with necessary administrative functions. Duties could include: filing, photocopying, preparing new visitor information packets, preparing the front kiosk display rack, creating and updating information flyers.

Often the projects can be short in duration or longer depending on the requirements.
